On April 1, 2016 Christopher Rulis obtained a dismissal on behalf of his client after a seven-day jury trial before the Honorable Michael Della Vecchia. It was alleged that Rulis’ client failed to timely respond to the decedent’s deteriorating medical condition following a liver transplant. The case was dismissed with prejudice at the conclusion of the Plantiff’s case.
