On September 8, 2016, Mr. Rulis successfully represented a pulmonologist in a Wrong Death Action. The pulmonologist was accused of failing to anticoagulate his patient. Approximately 9 months later, the patient died of a massive pulmonary embolism. After a two day Arbitration, a defense verdict was rendered in favor of Mr. Rulis’ client.
