VITO S. BOCHICCHIO, ESQUIRE

Mr. Bochicchio is the managing partner of R&B’s Pittsburgh office and heads its Pittsburgh workers’ compensation department. Mr. Bochicchio started his legal career at the Allegheny County District Attorney’s office where he tried numerous cases. He has devoted his practice primarily to the area of workers’ compensation litigation since 1990. Mr. Bochicchio is experienced in establishing return to work programs and litigating coverage issues. He frequently consults employers on how to reduce their workers’ compensation liability exposure.

Mr. Bochicchio frequently speaks at seminars on workers’ compensation matters, and has been listed in the “Who’s Who Among American Lawyers” and “Best Lawyers” in American Consumer Guide.  He has worked on numerous local, state and national political campaigns.  Mr. Bochicchio is also fluent in Italian.

Mr. Bochicchio has been named a "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer" by Super Lawyers magazine. This is a distinction awarded to only the top 5% of lawyers in Pennsylvania.
