Berit Klym, Esquire

Berit is an associate attorney at R&B’s Pittsburgh office and is a member of the Medical Malpractice Practice Group. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. At Kentucky, she was heavily involved in the Center for Community Outreach and DanceBlue, a yearlong fundraising effort culminating in a 24-hour dance marathon. Her extensive volunteering sparked her passion for advocacy.

Berit graduated from the Duquesne University Thomas Kline School of Law. During law school, she was a member of the trial advocacy program where she and her team won the intra-school trial team competition. Additionally, she regularly volunteered with Christian Legal Aid providing legal services to the local community and was a member of Duquesne’s Unemployment Compensation Clinic. In the clinic she counseled clients through all stages of their unemployment claims and handled an appeal to the Commonwealth Court.    Prior to joining R&B, Berit worked for a Pittsburgh civil litigation firm.
