John E. Nedlik, Esquire

John E. Nedlik is a litigation attorney specializing in the representation of employers both self insured and through their insurance carriers and third party administrators in all manner of litigation, including worker's compensation, general liability, products liability, employment law issues and toxic tort/asbestos litigation.  Diverse experience in multiple venues has allowed Mr. Nedlik to become an accomplished senior litigator.

After graduating from Duquesne University School of Law, John joined a Pittsburgh law firm that concentrated its practice on defense litigation in all manner of cases including general liability, medical malpractice, toxic tort and workers compensation. During his tenure there he rose from Associate to Name Partner and developed personal relationships with clients as diverse as a Big Ten Conference University, a global sporting goods manufacturer, a Pennsylvania - based food service company, and multiple Commonwealth agencies. He was fortunate enough to represent some of those clients for more than thirty-five years of practice.

Prior to joining Rulis and Bochicchio John spent almost 15 years as a sole defense practitioner, a rarity in the current legal industry, representing many of his long-time clients in their workers' compensation and general litigation matters.

He has spoken to industry and trade groups, counseled clients on best practices for claim avoidance and early resolution strategies.
